Ewan’s latest album released last month ’Pieces of Depression’ portrays his own experience with depression. This musical representation of different symptoms aims to encourage conversations on mental health.

As Monday October 10th will be World Mental Health Day we will be making space to talk about mental health in general, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling.
